Current guide prices are £319 for 2 hours, £369 for 3 hours, £409 for 4 hours and £459 for 5 hours. Your final quote is confirmed for the date, venue, access and wider package.
The Mirror needs a clear photography zone in front as well as room for its printer, attendant, props and guest flow. Around 3m × 3m is a useful early planning allowance, but Instapic confirms the final footprint from the actual room.
There is no single distance that suits every group. Instapic positions the Mirror to create enough camera distance for full-length photographs and larger groups without blocking normal venue routes.
Yes. The current standard experience includes unlimited single-print sessions during the hire, event props, an attendant and a personalised photo template.

The Photo Booth is an enclosed illuminated experience, while the Magic Mirror is open-format and full-length. The Mirror generally makes larger group photographs easier; the booth gives the more traditional walk-in photo-booth experience.
Instapic uses a post-event client gallery. Access and download options can vary by event package, so the final arrangement is confirmed with the booking contact.
Outdoor use must be agreed in advance. The equipment needs a safe, dry, level and weather-protected position with suitable power.
