How much is Instapic Magic Mirror hire?
Current guide prices are £319 for 2 hours, £369 for 3 hours, £409 for 4 hours and £459 for 5 hours. Your final quote is confirmed for the date, venue, access and wider package.
How much space does the Magic Mirror need?
Approximately 2m × 2m for the mirror setup. Allow roughly 3m × 3m for the mirror, lighting and guests; the final position is agreed around the venue layout. Keep room for the printer, attendant, props and guest flow.
How far do guests need to stand from the Magic Mirror?
There is no single distance that suits every group. Instapic positions the Mirror to create enough camera distance for full-length photographs and larger groups without blocking normal venue routes.
Are prints and props included with the Magic Mirror?
Yes. The current standard experience includes unlimited single-print sessions during the hire, event props, an attendant and a personalised photo template. One print is supplied per use; message us to discuss extra prints.
Is the Magic Mirror staffed?
Yes. A friendly Instapic attendant is included throughout the booked hire period.
Can the Magic Mirror be paired with a Flower Wall?
Yes, where the venue gives enough photography distance and guest space. The Mirror and Flower Wall can be planned together in one event build.
What is the difference between the Magic Mirror and Photo Booth?
The Photo Booth is an enclosed illuminated experience, while the Magic Mirror is open-format and full-length. The Mirror generally makes larger group photographs easier; the booth gives the more traditional walk-in photo-booth experience.
Are digital copies supplied?
A private post-event client gallery is included with every booth package. Message us about download options.
Can the Magic Mirror be used outdoors?
Outdoor use must be agreed in advance. The equipment needs a safe, dry, level and weather-protected position with suitable power.
