Information you send in an enquiry
When you use the contact form or Build Your Event, you may provide your name, email address, optional telephone number, event date, venue, event type, services you are considering and any notes you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, check availability, prepare a quote and, if you decide to book, manage the resulting customer relationship.
Please avoid putting unnecessary sensitive personal information into the free-text boxes. Website enquiries are delivered to Instapic using our configured email-delivery service and are then handled as normal business correspondence.
Analytics and advertising
With your permission, the website may use Google Analytics to understand visits and actions such as successful enquiries, telephone clicks and important enquiry buttons. We may also use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether advertising resulted in a successful enquiry.
Non-essential analytics and advertising storage is controlled through the website's cookie preference choice. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not stop you browsing the website or sending an enquiry.
Essential website data
The site and its hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver pages securely, prevent abuse, diagnose errors and operate the enquiry service. The enquiry forms also contain an anti-spam field intended to reduce automated submissions.
How long information is kept
Enquiry and booking correspondence is kept only for as long as it is reasonably needed for customer service, booking administration, accounting, dispute handling and other legitimate business or legal requirements. Instapic does not sell customer enquiry details. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to run the website, deliver enquiry emails, host the service, provide analytics where consent is given, or meet legal and security obligations.
