These are practical planning sizes for the Instapic equipment itself. Venue access, guest movement, tables, fire routes and the final room layout still need to be considered before installation.
Magic Mirror
Allow roughly 2m × 2m
This gives the mirror, flash and guests enough working space while keeping the open-format experience comfortable for group photographs.
LED Dance Floor
Built in 2ft increments in either direction
Floor dimensions are always even numbers because the system is built from 4ft × 2ft and 2ft × 2ft panels. A 22ft × 8ft floor is possible; an odd-numbered size is not.
Light-Up Letters & Numbers
Approximately 4ft high × 2ft wide per character
Final run length depends on the wording. Custom names and longer displays need enough clear wall or floor space plus safe access to power.

How much space does a photo booth need?
The booth needs a clear footprint of roughly 2.4m along a wall, 1.8m out from the wall and 2.2m height. Leave a little extra guest space if the position is close to a bar, doorway or main route through the room.

Photo booth or magic mirror?
Choose the enclosed booth for a distinct, immersive experience. Choose the magic mirror for an open setup, full-length photographs and larger groups. The mirror needs roughly a 2m × 2m working area.

What size LED dance floor works?
The floor can be configured in 2ft increments in either direction, but never odd-number dimensions. The room, table plan, guest count and DJ position decide the best final size, so previous venue installs are a useful starting point rather than a guarantee.

Where should light-up letters go?
Each character is approximately 4ft tall and 2ft wide. Look for a clear sightline, safe power position and enough run length for the wording without squeezing guest movement.

When should suppliers access the venue?
Access has to account for venue turnover, catering, ceremony changes and other production teams. Share the venue contact and schedule early so installation can be planned around everyone else.

How do several services work together?
Start with the largest fixed item, usually the floor or booth, then place letters and floral features around guest movement and photography. Fewer well-positioned pieces usually beat a crowded room.
